Substrate Registered in Portal does not Show up in App for Calibration

After having registered the substrate to the system, it has to also be added to the printing equipment on which the proofsheet will be printed.

Step by Step:  

  • Login to the portal.
  • On hamburger menu select 'PRINTING EQUIPMENT'.
  • On the screen go to the equipment that is being calibrated and click on 'CALIBRATE' (gearwheel button).
  • On the top menu click on 'SUPPORTED SUBSTRATES & SPECIAL PROOFSHEETS'.
  • Here you see all the registered substrates that are already added to this equipment. Below there is the 'ADD A SUBSTRATE' field; clicking on it opens up a 'drop-down' menu of all substrates your company has registered, that are not already added to this particular equipment.
