Under the former U-label platform, if you selected one of the 3 packaging gases (argon, carbon dioxide, or nitrogen) in the ingredients wizard, the system automatically added the phrase "Bottled in a protective atmosphere" at the end of your ingredients list.
On the U-label by Scantrust platform, you will no longer need to select which packaging gas was used. You can just tick "Show additional message if the product is using packaging gases", and then choose which phrases you would like to use, between the following two proposals: "Bottled in a protective atmosphere" or "Bottling may happen in a protective atmosphere".
More information can be found here:
By default, all e-labels previously created under U-label and migrated to U-label by Scantrust will, if appropriate, display the phrase "Bottled in a protective atmosphere" at the end of the list of ingredients.
Should you wish to update your e-label to display the other phrase instead, please refer to this article:
The article explains how to edit the ingredients list. Delete the phrase "Bottled in a protective atmosphere" which appears in the free-text ingredients list, activate the toggle "Show additional message if the product is using packaging gases", and select the phrase of your choice.
