If you have uploaded your own image under the U-label platform to comply with the Italian sorting and recycling requirements (under the Separate Collection section), you may not see your image when you scan the QR code of those e-labels once they have been migrated to U-label by Scantrust.
Do not worry, the image you have added in the old U-label platform still exists, but it will now be visible only in Italy.
In the former U-label platform, specific information was displayed according to the language in which you viewed the e-label. Therefore, if you selected Italian, you could see your sorting & recycling image appearing in the e-label.
Under the U-label by Scantrust platform, however, specific information is displayed depending on the country in which the QR code is scanned, regardless of the language. Therefore, any consumer scanning the QR code in Italy will see your sorting & recycling image, even if they are viewing the e-label in another language.
To work around this and view your sorting & recycling image when editing the e-label, you can simulate the display as will be shown in Italy, and you should then see the image. If you still cannot see it or if you need assistance on this issue, please contact support@scantrust.com.
