E-label data export for Enterprise plans
Want to review, check, or share your e-label content outside the portal? You can now export the e-label data of your products at once into one CSV file. You no longer need to open each e-label one by one.
How to create an export
- In QR Manager, click EXPORT E-LABEL DATA.
- Click CREATE EXPORT.
- Choose your campaigns and then the products. If your company has only one campaign, you choose brands instead.
- You can select all campaigns (or all brands) at once
- To export every product in your selection, leave the product field empty
- The product list shows products that have an e-label. Type part of a product name or SKU to find one quickly
- Confirm. Your file is created in the background. You can leave the page and come back later.
Export history
All your exports are listed in Export History. Expand a row to see which campaigns or brands were selected.
Download links are valid for 7 days. After that, simply create a new export.
What’s in the CSV file
- One row per language. Each e-label starts with its reference language, followed by one row for each of its other published languages.
- Product details: campaign, brand, product name, SKU, GTIN, e-label status, and the main dates (created, last updated, published).
- All e-label content from the Wine, Aromatised wine and Spirits templates: product information, ingredients, nutrition declaration, responsible consumption, packaging and recycling info, business operator, brand information and more. Support for the Food & Beverage template is coming in a future update.
- Ingredients exactly as shown on the e-label page in each language. Allergens are marked as <b>allergen</b> and organic ingredients with an asterisk organic*.
- QR code links: the last column lists up to 5 code URLs per product. If a product has more than 5 codes, a note tells you to see the full list in the portal.
