Deactivate/Remove a User from Portal

  • go to the USERS & TEAMS Section
  • Find the user in question
  • click on the three dots in the Actions column click on 
    • "Archive User" or "Remove User"
      => you will see "Archive User" if this is the person's primary Scantrust Portal company - the person will not have access to any Scantrust portal company anymore
      => you will see "Remove User" if the person has access to other Scantrust Portal companies and this is not the primary one - the person will lose access only to this one
