API Token Issues

 

If you receive an error message that a token, that was used previously, is invalid, it is likely that the token expired. 

  • Log in to the user account where the token was created
  • Click on the user name in the ME section to go to the user profile
  • find the token in question and check the expiry date
  • update the token by clicking on the EDIT TOKEN button

  • make the required updates and click UPDATE


     

IMPORTANT: 
If you are a multi-company user, you have to ensure that you have switched to the correct company prior to creating the token!
