- Set up your user role and permission on Scantrust.
Your account was set up by an Account Admin User at Scantrus Portal. An Account Admin also manages how your account works.

Your administrator is someone from your company, not Scantrust support. We can’t tell you exactly who your administrator is. But here are ideas of who to ask.
Your administrator might be:
- The person who invited you to Scantrust Portal
- Someone in your IT department or management team
