Quick definition: Admin is the person who manages the Scantrust platform for a company.

What the administrator can do for me

  • Create new users.
  • Help solve problems or answer questions with your account.
  • Reset your Scantrust Account password if you forget it.
  • Set up your user role and permission on Scantrust.

Your account was set up by an Account Admin User at the Scantrust Portal. An Account Admin also manages how your account works.

Help me find my administrator

Your administrator is someone from your company, not Scantrust support. We can’t tell you exactly who your administrator is. But here are ideas of whom to ask.

Your administrator might be:

  • The person who invited you to the Scantrust Portal
  • Someone in your IT department or management team
