How to Unarchive/Recover a User

- Log in to the ST Portal
- Click on the hamburger menu at the top left corner of the screen.
- Then click on the USERS AND TEAMS section, slide to the right the option labeled: "Include Inactive users":
- Click on the 3 dots button at the right side of the user you want to unarchive:
- Click on the option labeled as Recover User:
- Finally, read the confirmation message and click on: YES:
