When you try to perform a CSV upload and one of the fields appears in grey color, means you are trying to update an SCM field that the system can't find.
In the image above, the system does not recognize a field called: “Status”, it only knows “status”, the capital letter should be replaced with a lower case letter. That's why the system marks the field in grey color. Once you update the .csv file with the correct field name, it should show the following:
