One of your suppliers believes that working with Scantrust could be beneficial for your brand, and invited you to the Scantrust platform. Hopefully, they have informed you in advance. If not, please reach out to us, we will be happy.
To set up your account, please register. It will take you about 10 minutes now. The validation of your company by Scantrust may take up to 2 business days.
- Click on the registration link
- it will take you directly to the brand owner registration page
- Under Company information fill in your
- company name
- your company's website
- your country
- your city, and
- your address
- when you complete the person-in-charge section, first, make sure you select the correct salutation. Then, fill in
- your name
- your email address
- your password
- your phone number, and
- your title
- When finished, double-check for spelling mistakes
- click register
You should receive an email confirming that you have registered on the Scantrust portal, immediately. Please verify your email address by clicking the verification link.
Once you verify your email address, our team is notified of your registration. We will review your account and ensure that all is correct and that this is not a duplicate registration of your company. Once finished, your account will be validated and you will be notified. This can take up to 2 business days.
If you log in before your account has been validated, you will see that your company is still under review. You will be notified as soon as your company has been validated and you can log into your account.
On the company info screen, in the 'Partners Icon' the blue-highlighted text says: NEW INVITATION
- please click
- under Invitations from, you see one company. Of course, you decide whether or not you would like to accept this invitation. If you do, click accept, otherwise click decline
- After you accept, the company will be listed under Active partners. Your printer will automatically be informed that you accepted their invitation.
