The brand owner is the primary client and user of the Scantrust system. A brand owner has products which are manufactured, distributed and sold, for which the brand owner wants to use the Scantrust Services to: 1) protect products from counterfeiting 2) track and trace products through their distribution channels. 3) turn product packaging into “smart packaging” so it can facilitate O2O (Offline-to-Online) consumer engagement.
