The e-label editor currently only supports the official EU languages. Within the EU only one country has English as the official language: Ireland.
- in the editor, go to the settings tab and scroll down to "Language and content display option"
- to display content in English when a code was scanned outside the EU (i.e. US, UK, Canada):
- set the default country to Ireland
- turn the toggle to ON
NOTE: with the toggle set to ON, the users will see the official language of the EU country which they scan the e-label from, instead of their device language. If there is no translation for the EU country, the user will see the reference language. Only if the reference is English as well, will users within the EU see English for non-translated languages.
