Updating any custom content after the translation has been approved and published (any field appearing in the Translations Tab), requires updating the translations again to ensure that the changes are reflected in all Languages.  

After you have changed the custom content or removed it altogether (i.e. ingredients not picked from the drop down, product display name, content that you typed yourself, etc.) You have to then go to the translations tab and re-initiate the machine translation. 

 

 

The appropriate steps in order

- Make the edit of the custom term

- Click on UPDATE in the editor page

- Go to the translation tab

- Click on USE MACHINE TRANSLATION

- Go back to the editor tab

- Click on UPDATE again
