‭e-label - Editor - Translations - When they are Required

Approving and Publishing the translations is ALWAYS required when more than one language should be available to consumers. If there are NO custom terms, all that needs to be done is Approving and Publishing the languages you want to be available.

If there are custom terms, they need to be translated. If you use the machine translation feature, you should reviewed them for correctness in each of the translations. Google sometimes picks different translations that you might prefer :-)

Examples of Custom terms:

  • Product Display Name (if it should be translated)
  • Brand text
  • Organic message
  • Recyclability message
  • Certifications message
  • Responsible consumption message
  • Product Type
  • Product Description
  • Custom Ingredient
  • Packaging Information
  • etc.
