e-label Portal - Brand and Product Management - Archiving a product

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The following products cannot be archived:

  • New products that have not had an e-label created for them as yet (keep it for when you need a new one, and then simply rename it). 
  • Published products that have codes already associated with them (you can still rename the product and edit the e-label data for your next product)

 

Therefore, only products that have e-labels in draft status or published products that are not yet associated with a QR code can be archived. 

 

Following you will find the steps to do it: 

1. Log in to the U-label by Scantrust Portal.

2. Click on the E-label menu at the top right corner of the screen: 

3. Then, go to the Brand's subsection and look for the brand that has the product you are looking to archive: 

4. Search for the product, click on the 3-dot button, and then, click on: Archive Product: 

 

 

 

Now, if you would like to restore an archived product, please follow the next steps:

1. Go to the brands' sub-section, and at the bottom, you will find the "Archived Products" button:

2.  Then, search for the archived product and click on: Restore:
