How long must the data be accessible after the glass/end of marketing?

Mandatory information should remain available until the best-before-date is reached. However, as there is no BBD for wine products, the timespan for keeping the data accessible is undefined by legislation, and it should basically be kept forever (since you cannot exclude that someone keeps a bottle of your wine in his cellar for 50 years, and then decides to read the ingredients list..)
