QR Manager - Removing a Surplus QR Code from QR Manager

Codes on the Enterprise platform cannot be removed but they can be returned into the unused pool of codes by deactivating them.

IMPORTANT:
- this must not be done if the codes have been applied to products already
- this must not be done for GS1 codes

To deactivate the codes, please take the following steps:

Copy the extended ID of the code you wish to deactivate: 

 
Go to the CODES CREATED section:
 
Then find the extended ID:

 
Select the ACTIONS icon:

 
Select “Edit SCM Data”:

 
Then select INACTIVE for the code status and save:

 
The code will now be set as inactive and will be returned to your code pool and be reactivated at a later date for another product.
