UAT Tokens for Integrations - User Maintenance - Best Practice

UAT Tokens used for integrations are generally at a system, rather than a user level. 
In those situations, the best practice would be to create a new email address (i.e. scantrust@yourcompany.com) that is managed by your IT department. 

Benefits: 

- The tokens are not dependent on one particular user being active in the system

- IT department receives notifications when tokens are about to expire and can take action immediately

- Tokens don't just disappear because a particular user has left the company

- IT department team members know how to handle the setup of tokens
