Secure Code Deliveries - Checking Work Order Status

For Secure Codes Work Orders it is essential, that the Work Order is in the Status: COMPLETED before the products enter the market. 

Work Order Status Options and Actions

New
- the work order was created and the printer notified that there is a new work order
--> printer to login to portal to generate the codes and download

 

Ready to Print
- the codes have been generated by the printing partner and downloaded
--> printer needs to print the codes and perform QA

 

Printed
The printer has downloaded the codes and completed the QA process
--> Scantrust engineers are notified to review the QA scans

 

Completed
- Scantrust engineers have completed review and trained the Work Order
*note: Quality issues with the print would already be raised by the QA device during the print production

Canceled
The work order was canceled. It is impossible for the printer to generate codes. 



Brandowner - receiving a delivery of a work order: 

 

- When a work order is received and the system shows "Ready to Print" --> Brand should contact Printing parter to complete the QA process

- When a work order is received and the system shows "Printed" --> work orders are generally trained within maximum 5 business day of completed QA. If that time has passed, please contact Scantrust (support@scantrust.com) with the work order ID to check about the status of the work order. 

 

 

How to Check the Work Order Status: 
- login to the Scantrust Portal (Admin or Work order editor)
- go to Work Orders

- check the status of the work order
