Recently we have added the Billing Report feature, designed to give you a clear and detailed view of your billing activity on the platform. This feature provides an easy way to track the amount of codes created work orders related, and filtering options—all in one place.
What is the Billing Report?
The Billing Report is a centralized report that includes:
1. Codes count: Amount of codes created
2. Activated Codes/Impressions
3. Filtering sub-section: Filter by Campaign, Product, Work Order ID, Printing Partner, Plant Name.
Where to Find the Billing Report
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Hamburger Icon.
3. Select the Codes Created option
4. Then, click on the billing report tab:
Key Features
1. Export to CSV: Download your billing report for offline use by clicking on the 3-line button located in the Campaign - Count Codes subsection:
2. Search & Filter: Easily search for specific count codes by filtering by date range:
3. Filter your search by: Campaign, Product, Work Order ID, Printing Partner, Plant Name:

A: No, our finance team is in charge of providing you with that information.
Q: Is the report updated in real-time?
A: Yes, the Billing Report reflects real-time updates based on the codes that are created.
