e-label Portal - Using Image Gallery Feature

The new Image Gallery toolbox streamlines media management, making it easier to select and manage images within the platform. 

Enhancing both efficiency and data security. Users can now easily select custom labels, helping reduce repetitive tasks and streamline their workflow. Additionally, previously uploaded images can be downloaded directly from the Scantrust platform, providing a safeguard in case local files are lost. Instead of permanently deleting images, users also have the option to archive them, minimizing the risk of accidental data loss.

In this article, we'll be showing the steps to use this feature. 

1. Click on the Gallery icon:

2. Then, you'll be redirected to this interface: 

3. To upload an image, click on the blue button: 

4. Then, select the image from your computer, remember should be less than 2 MB. A pop up should appear:

  

5. You need to add at least the image name. Key is a unique identification you can assign to the image. is  automatically generated from the name field if not given: 

Then, click on: CREATE. 

6. Depending on the visualization mode (List view or Grid View), you'll see the image uploaded: 

7. You can search the uploaded images by using the search bar:  

8.  Finally, you can use the uploaded image in the Responsible Consumption, Sustainability, and Brand Information in the sub-sections within the e-label management tool, as follows:

The ability to select images directly within the Landing Page Editor further streamlines content creation, making the overall workflow more intuitive and productive.
