The New export window with the Campaigns and Products fields

  5. In the same window, choose the products you want to export.

    • Leave the Products field empty to export all products in your selection.
    • The list shows only products that have an e-label.
    • To find a product, type part of its name or its SKU.
  6. Click CREATE EXPORT in the window to start the export.

    • The file is created in the background, so you can leave the page while it is being prepared.
  7. Return to the Export e-label data page and find your export in Export history.

    • Each export you created is listed with its campaigns, the number of products, the creation date and its status.
    • Expand a row to see which campaigns or brands you selected.
    • When the export is ready, click DOWNLOAD to get the CSV file.
    • Exports stay available for 7 days. After that, the status shows Expired and you need to create a new export.

What is in the CSV file

  • One row per language. The reference language comes first, followed by the other published languages.
  • Product details: campaign, brand, product name, SKU, GTIN, e-label status, and the dates the e-label was created, updated and published.
  • e-label content from the Wine, Aromatised wine and Spirits templates.
  • Ingredients as they appear on the e-label page, in each language. Allergens are marked as <b>allergen</b> and organic ingredients are marked with an asterisk.
  • QR code URLs in the last column. It lists up to 5 QR code URLs per product. If a product has more than 5, see the portal for the full list.

Done.
