e-label - Troubleshooting - Editor - Scanning QR Code Redirects to Website, Not to e-label - Enterprise

By default, an e-label that has never been published will redirect to the website you have stored on your product as product URL, or, if there is none, to the website stored on your brand. 

You can recognize an e-label is not published/still in draft mode by the orange dot next to the phrase: "e-label status". A published e-label would have a green dot. 

 

To update your Brand/or Product URL 

1.  In the Hamburger menu, click on Brand/Product
2. Edit the brand/product
3. Update the brand/product URL
4. Click Save

 

To update the Product URL:

Redirection to the e-label will only begin once the e-label is published.
