Before you can start, you have to ensure that the correct languages are configured in your company. You can find the information in this Help Center Article:

Translate a product name and product description
- Go into the product section
- Click on the "translate product" button
- In the pop-up window, you see all the languages configured in your company. Please ensure that the Reference Language matches the language that was used to add the product
- You can translate each language individually (button at the top right), or you can translate all languages at the same time (button at the bottom left)
- After you click either button, you have to confirm to use machine translation. Be aware that all data will be overwritten - keep this in mind, especially if you previously made corrections manually.
- you can manully update translations by typing directly in the translation text

- go to: Edit Product
- click on the translation button next to the respective field you wish to translate
