Adding Product Translations Manually

Before you can start, you have to ensure that the correct languages are configured in your company. You can find the information in this Help Center Article: 


This article contains 2 sections:

Translate a product name and product description

  • Go into the product section

  • Click on the "translate product" button

  • In the pop-up window, you see all the languages configured in your company. Please ensure that the Reference Language matches the language that was used to add the product

  • You can translate each language individually (button at the top right), or you can translate all languages at the same time (button at the bottom left)

  • After you click either button, you have to confirm to use machine translation. Be aware that all data will be overwritten - keep this in mind, especially if you previously made corrections manually. 

  • you can manully update translations by typing directly in the translation text

 

Translate only the Product Name OR the Product Description

  • go to: Edit Product

  • click on the translation button next to the respective field you wish to translate
