The Consumed Feature will not change the actual 'code status' (active/inactive/blacklisted). It will change the 'consumed status' to TRUE.
Within the 'consumed widget', the message to the consumer who scans will be different depending on the 'consumed status'
To avoid confusion for consumers, the consumed feature should only be used with QR codes that are unavailable for scanning until after the sale.

- Go to campaigns -> REDIRECT -> at the bottom turn on "Enable Consumed Feature"
- Go to campaigns -> SCM T&T -> turn on "Enable SCM T&T"
