Configuring Country-Based Redirect Rules

- Campaign redirect rules decide what your end-users see after they scan the QR codes.

Redirect Rules are configured in the REDIRECT Tab of the campaign:

 

 

 

Intelligent Redirect for the products in this Campaign

 

- Configure the rules to redirect your end users to the designated content/links 
- Each product in the campaign follows the same redirect rules 

1. Redirect to the Product URL (the URL Stored under the Product)

2. Redirect users to a ScanTrust-powered landing page

3. Redirect to e-label

4. Redirect users to a custom URL

 

Different Redirect Rules can be configured per country or group of countries based on where the user is located at the time of scanning. 
Rule 1 is the fallback rule. Every country that is not mentioned in the following rules, will redirect to this first Rule. 

 

1. Redirect to Product URL 

- After scanning, the user is redirected to the website specified in the Product URL of each product

- Can be configured by clicking EDIT PRODUCT in the product list

- If the product URL is empty, the Brand URL will be used. If the brand URL is empty, the Company URL will be used

 

2. Redirect users to a ScanTrust-powered landing page

- redirects to the Landing Page configured in the rule

- all products redirect to the same landing page, but Landing Pages can contain dynamic, product-specific content. 

 

3. e-label Redirect

- redirects to the e-label content

- e-label content has to be configured for each product

 

4. Redirect users to a custom URL

- redirects to one specific URL, regardless of which product in the campaign was scanned.
