Managing the status of your Scantrust QR codes is essential for maintaining control over product authentication and traceability. This guide explains how to blacklist or activate Scantrust codes in bulk using the Extended ID through a standardized template. Whether you're responding to security concerns, managing returns, or simply updating your code inventory, this process ensures accuracy and efficiency in just a few steps.
1. Prepare your CSV file with this column configuration:

Column A: extended_id
- Enter the code Extended ID.
- 1 row = 1 code = 1 Extended ID
Column B: activation_status
- inactive - 0
- Active - 1
- Blacklisted - 2
Column C: blacklist_reason (type the respective number into the column for blacklist reasons)
- None: 0
- Counterfeits Detected: 1
- Low Quality: 2
- Overprint: 3
- Stolen: 4
- Damage: 5
- Lost: 6
- Misprint: 7
- Not Sold: 8
- WO Canceled: 9
- Maximum Scan Count Exceeded: 10
2. Log in to the Scantrust portal.
3. In the side menu, click on: Campaigns
4. Find the campaign to which the codes belong. Click the option panel button on the campaign:
5. Select CODES sub-tab:
6. Then, click on: UPLOAD SCM DATA:
7. Upload your CSV file and click on NEXT
8. Then, click on the first column: "extended_id", then click START UPLOAD:
9. All the codes in your CSV file will be updated.
