Blacklisting or Activating Codes by Serial Number - Template

First, prepare your CSV file.

Please find the templates in the attachment. 

Column A: serial_number

• enter the code serial number
• 1 row = 1 code = 1 serial number

Column B: activation_status

• inactive: 0
• Active: 1
• Blacklisted: 2 

Column C: blacklist_reason (type the respective number into the column for blacklist reasons)

• None: 0
• Counterfeits Detected: 1
• Low Quality: 2
• Overprint: 3
• Stolen: 4
• Damage: 5
• Lost: 6
• Misprint: 7
• Not Sold: 8
• WO Canceled: 9
• Maximum Scan Count Exceeded: 10

Steps:

• Login to the Scantrust portal
• In the side menu, click Campaign
• Find the campaign to which the codes belong. Click the option panel button on the campaign
• Select CODES
• Click on UPLOAD SCM DATA BY CSV:
• Upload your CSV file and click NEXT
• Click on the first column "serial_number" then click START UPLOAD:
• All the codes in your csv file will be updated.
