How to Transfer Codes to a Different Product (Manually)

Most likely only used when a counterfeit was found and to code is supposed to receive a more direct message. Following, we show you the steps to achieve this: 

1.  Go to CODES CREATED report:

2. Type either the extended ID or the serial number into the respective field and click search.

• NOTE: these fields are case sensitive:

3. Click search at the bottom left of the screen. 

4. Once you see the code, scroll all the way to the right to the ACTIONS column:

5. Then, click on the three dots and then select EDIT SCM DATA:

6. Go to the PRODUCT field and type the name of the product to which you want to move the code:

7. Click SAVE
