UPDATING THE INFORMATION
First, prepare your CSV file.
Please find the templates in the attachment.
Column A: workorder
- Enter the work order ID
Column B: product
- Copy the SKU that was added in the SKU field in the Scantrust Portal
Steps:
1. Login to Scantrust portal
2. In the side menu, click on Campaigns
3. Click on the Option Panel button:
4. Then, select CODES tab:
5. Click on UPLOAD SCM DATA BY CSV
6. Upload your CSV file and click on NEXT (make sure you select the delimiter)
7. Click on the first column "workorder" then click START UPLOAD:
8. This work order will be updated shortly.
CHECKING THE INFORMATION
(note: the work order widget will NOT show the updated information)
you can check in the CODES CREATED report:
filter for the work order ID
then download the file
check the downloaded file to ensure that every entry of that work order contains the correct product information.
