Update Product Information by Work Order - Template

Keeping product information accurate and up to date is essential for smooth operations and traceability. The Update Product Information by Work Order feature allows you to quickly adjust product details at the work order level, ensuring that the correct data is applied across your production process. This guide walks you through how to use the template, when to apply it, and best practices to maintain data consistency.

1. First, prepare your CSV file:

2. Please find the templates in the attachment. 

Column A: workorder

  • Enter the work order ID

Column B: product

  • Copy the SKU that was added in the SKU field in the Scantrust Portal

3. Log in to the Scantrust portal

4. In the side menu, click on Campaigns

5. Click on the Option Panel button:

6. Then, select the CODES tab:

7. Click on UPLOAD SCM DATA BY CSV:

8. Upload your CSV file and click on NEXT (make sure you select the delimiter):

9. Click on the first column "workorder", then click START UPLOAD:mceclip2.png

10. This work order will be updated shortly. 

Checking the Information

(Note: the work order widget will NOT show the updated information)

1. You can check in the CODES CREATED report: 

2. Filter for the work order ID: 

3. Then, download the file: 

4. Check the downloaded file to ensure that every entry of that work order contains the correct product information:
