It is possible that the Scantrust UAT token for one of the users registered in the company has expired and you haven´t realized it yet.
Following you'll find the steps to update its expiration date:
1. Log in to our portal with the credentials of the user that has the UAT Token.
2. Click on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the screen
3. On the slide-out menu, click on: "Me":
4. Scroll down, find the token to update, and click on: "Edit Token" button:
5. Click on: "Expiration Date" and set the desired date:
6. Click on: UPDATE:
