When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when you enter your payment information to purchase a paid plan with us. Your payment information will be saved and we will automatically renew your subscription and charge your card on the first day of the next billing cycle. 

 

Who can update billing information?

The owner of the account with an email address registered with Scantrust.  

 

In what currency will my credit card be charged?

We charge your credit card in euros.

 

What payment methods do you offer?

Currently, we offer payment via credit card (including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and Mada) and Paypal in a secure gateway provided by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. 

When you make a payment for your subscription, your card details will be saved securely with Paddle. In the next billing cycle, your card will be charged automatically. 

 

Does Sales Tax/VAT apply to my purchase?

Yes. Sales tax & VAT depends on the country and postal code where your card was issued. You can enter your company VAT number to be exempted from VAT. 

 

How does VAT exemption work?

Your country and postal codes determine whether VAT will automatically be deducted during the payment process. In the case where the VAT is not automatically deducted, you can contact our Merchant of Record, Paddle, paddle.net for the exemption process. 

 

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, Scantrust uses a Merchant of Record, Paddle to process all payments. Scantrust does not have access to your credit card number at any point. For more information about the strict security measures that Paddle uses, please see the Paddle Security Page

 

How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

Please reach out to www.paddle.net directly and request an invoice.
