STE (Scantrust Enterprise App) Upload Issues

The Enterprise app has two ways to check and also re-submit data if an upload fails. 

NOTE: History is saved under a user's login per device! 

Handling of individual transactions

  • Go to the HISTORY section of the Enterprise app and in that section, select either LOOKUP TASKS or UPLOAD TASKS to check the respective histories:

  • To handle a single failed task, click on the arrow on the right - then you will be given the option to RE-UPLOAD or to REPORT:
    • RE-UPLOAD will just send the data again. If it works, the task will move to the status: "Completed".
    • REPORT will send the data to Scantrust for further investigation - we recommend only clicking REPORT after it has been confirmed that the internet connection is stable and the upload and re-upload both have failed. 

Handling of all failed transactions in bulk

  • Go to the HISTORY section of the Enterprise app and in that section, select either LOOKUP TASKS or UPLOAD TASKS to check the respective histories

  • SHAKE YOUR PHONE!!!
  • This will bring show a pop-up window
  • To submit all historic Data to Scantrust for Investigation, please click YES
    PLEASE USE LIGHTLY as this will submit all historic data and contact support@scantrust.com to inform our team:
    • That the submission was on purpose
    • A description of the issue you are trying to resolve
    • When you think the issue happened
