When a customer purchases a product via our payment processor Paddle, the country they purchase in may charge VAT. You can find the details HERE.

VAT-registered businesses who purchase products through Paddle will not pay VAT if the transaction is cross-border (you do this by entering your VAT ID at the time of purchase). Please have a look at the following Help Center Article on details of where to enter the VAT information during the payment process.

To refund the VAT from Paddle, please contact them at: assist@paddle.com
Please provide the following information and ask for a VAT refund:
- your email address
- a copy of the PayPal receipt or the PayPal Transaction ID
- the last 4 digits of your card number, together with the date and amount of the charge
- card expiration date
